Tips and rules


To make sure transmission lines operate properly, we need to take care of them and make sure people understand what they can and cannot do in adjacent areas and within the easement passages. Tips:
 

  Do not climb towers.
     
 

Do not release sky lanterns.

(This is a crime under article 42 of Law 9,605, dated February 12, 1998)

     
 

Do not build any type of residence within the easement.

     
 

Do not start fires near transmission lines.

     
 

Do not park or fuel vehicles within the easement.

     
 

Do not release kites near transmission lines.

     
 

Do not set up electric fences within the easement.

     
 

Do not approach transmission lines on rainy days.

     
 

Do not throw objects towards the towers.

     
 

Do not use irrigation systems within the easement.
